Ice Fishing Trips: Booking & Cancellation

Season report updated: January 2026

Holding Your Spot on the Ice

Ask about a date on the local waters and we'll hold your spot for seven days while you sort out travel and gear. Nothing is charged while you decide, and no deposit is needed to reserve the hold.

Confirming Your Trip

A spot is locked in once the deposit reaches us. The balance is due thirty days before you head out onto the ice, or right away if you book closer to departure inside that window.

Changing Your Date

Move your trip once, free of charge, up to twenty-one days before departure, to any open date left in the same ice fishing season. A second change depends on us refilling your original spot with another angler.

If You Cancel

If We Cancel

Every outing needs a minimum number of anglers to run safely. If we can't reach that number, we tell you twenty-one days ahead and you choose: another date, another stretch of water, or a full refund.

Gear, Safety and Readiness

Warm layers and basic cold-water fitness are a condition of joining a trip on the ice. Tell us about anything that affects how you move or what you eat — it changes how a guide plans the day's spots for perch and pike, never whether you're welcome in the group.

What's Included

Guiding, permits, shared ice safety gear and shelter, and every night listed for the trip. Travel to the meeting point, personal clothing and insurance are not included, so pack accordingly and check our tips before you go.
